Fine & Country has announced what it calls “a ground-breaking partnership” between licencees Jonathan Handford and Sean Newman and Jack Rees to run the brand’s Southampton and Winchester area.
Handford and Newman say they have witnessed the expansion of Fine & Country's presence in the Southampton and Winchester area and claim independent data from consultancy TwentyCI reveals that Fine & Country is the fastest-growing prime agent in the market above £750,000,.
